Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Hardened Edition -Xbox 360

Modern Warfare 2 is a first-person tactical shooter and the sixth entry in the popular Call of Dutyseries. True to its name and following the lead of its predecessor, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, it places players in modern combat settings, as opposed to the WWII environments of the earlier Call of Duty games. This modern approach brings with it new weapons, action and options. Coupled with a variety of gameplay modes including single player, multiplayer and the co-op Special Ops Mode, it is destined to be one of the most popular games of 2009 and a worthy addition to the Call of Dutyseries.

Classic tactical FPS action. .

Customizable multiplayer perk system. .

Diverse in-game environments. .

New weapons and gadgets. .

Co-op Special Ops mode. .
Story The storyline of Modern Warfare 2 picks up where the events of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfareleft off. The ultranationalist Russian leader Zakhaev has been eliminated, but it seems that his lieutenant, Vladimir Makarov, is an even bigger danger. Having made a successful play for power, Intel indicates that he is extending the reach of his influence well beyond the borders of Mother Russia, causing a stir in the international community and prompting the involvement of Task Force 141. Task Force 141 is an elite multinational unit made up of Navy Seals, Delta Force operatives, British SAS and CIA. In the single player campaign you are Sergeant Gary "Roach" Sanderson, with the hero of Call of Duty 4, "Soap" MacTavish, promoted to Captain, making an appearance as an NPC (non-player character) and your commanding officer. The elimination of Makarov and his underlings at any cost is your number one priority, regardless where the fight occurs. Gameplay The latest release in arguably the most successful tactical first-person shooter franchise of all-time, gameplay in Modern Warfare 2 follows the same winning and time-tested structure of earlier games in the series. In the single player campaign players are aided by AI squad members as they take on a series of missions aimed at eliminating Ultranationalist forces. Each mission is built around a particular objective, with players utilizing some level of guidance from NPC characters, including "Soap" MacTavish, and aided in navigation by the game's heads up display (HUD). Along the way players will be able to utilize a wide variety of weaponry and and vehicles, as well as be able to customize weapons with gadgets attached to them. Also, just as in previous games in the series, Modern Warfare 2 is heavily focused on multiplayer gameplay. The different multiplayer modes, available both in local play and online, contain plenty of customization options and revolve around different strategies ranging from the every man for himself action of "Free-for All," the classic team-based fun of "Capture the Flag and the tactical, team-oriented action of "Search and Destroy," just to name a few. Multiplayer modes also feature the "Perk" System that players may be familiar with from earlier in the franchise. Through this system players gain additional abilities, weapons and benefits as they gain experience in combat. This can be done by leveling up, but another important way way is through "kill streaks," the number of enemies eliminated in succession. These are available beginning with three kills and include the ability to call for supply drops, predator missile strikes, helicopter gunships and many more. Players have the ability to customize in advance which perks will be available at each number and can even gauge their progress towards each at the touch of a button. With an eye towards not making the game too hard for new players the game also features help to players experiencing "death streaks," multiple consecutive deaths in multiplayer matches.Special Ops Co-op Mode Along with a single player mode and multiple multiplayer modes, Modern Warfare 2 also features an unique third main play option, Special Ops mode. Available both online and in local play, Special Ops Mode is designed to provide a distinct time-based play option, featuring special scenarios not found in other modes in the game and lots of enemies to take on. This mode can be played either alone or with a friend, again either locally or online, with local co-op play including split-screen functionality. Key Game Features
  • Challenging Multiplayer Modes – Modern Warfare 2 will contain a wealth of multiplayer modes including: the every man for himself action of "Free-for All," the classic team-based fun of "Capture the Flag and the tactical, team-oriented action of "Search and Destroy."
  • Improved AI Enemies – Improved artificial intelligence now allows enemies to attack from virtually any direction as players respawn into the game adding additional challenges.
  • An All-new Call of Duty Adventure - Modern Warfare 2 features an all new Call of Duty storyline revolving around the continuing struggles against the Russian rebel group the Ultranationalists, who have found a new and more dangerous leader.
  • The 'Special Ops' Optional Co-op Mode – "Special Ops" Mode allows two players, either alone or with a friend, to engage in unique mission play and features split-screen functionality.
  • Diverse In-game Environments - Battlegrounds traversed in the game range from the lonely, snow-clad mountains of Kazakhstan, to dark tunnels in the Afghanistan and the crowded slums of Rio.
  • Nonstop Action - Modern Warfare 2 contains no cutscenes, so players are always engaged in the action, no matter where they are in the game.
  • New Breach Gameplay Mechanic - Players can now blaze their own paths through the game by "Breaching" formerly impregnable obstacles like Walls and doors with explosives.
  • New Gadgets, Weapons and Weapons System Modern Warfare 2 contains many new and updated weapons, new weapons attachments, as well as a variant of the multiplayer weapons customization system from Call of Duty 4, now available in the single player campaign.
  • New Perks and Increased Customization - Multiplayer modes feature new perks for leveling up, and for killstreaks and deathstreaks. Those awarded for streaks can customized in advance according to when they become available.

Just a really brief update today, and I'm sure most of you won't be interested in it any way, but I've started writing a blog about my thought's on computer games. If you at all interested in what my thoughts are then please head on over to Backseat Gamer. Yes I know it currently looks as ugly as sin, but I'm working on that. For those of you who are wandering about updates on here, I have some reviews incoming, later this week, probably starting with the Bushido rulebook. So I've not forgotten this place at all. In fact over the past month or so I've actually been able to get some gaming in and I'm feeling re-energized. So keep an eye out for updates... oh and those of you waiting on my massively overdue Dark Age story competition, I have started moving on that today and am getting in touch with Cool Mini or Not over it again. Sorry for the delay, but with my head in the wrong place recently I didn't want to not judge things properly or fairly. I hope you can understand. Thanks. Peace out!

I am very interested in the fact that the XBOX1 Kinect will come bundled with the console, and now has some brand new voice activated tricks, such as changing back and forth from TV to a Game to a song, just by telling it to do so.

Now comes the real question, will it work like how they promised? The fact is, Microsoft has a habit of releasing consoles before they're completely ready. If don't believe that, just remember back to the good old days of The Red Ring of Death. Microsoft didn't reveal many games for the new XBOX1 console. For the most part they simply showed sports games, and racing games. FIFA, Madden NFL, and Forza, are all supposed to be launch day releases.

The Call of Duty: Ghosts preview had the crowd blown away. It seems that this time the XBOX1 Kinect might actually prove useful in a traditional style game. The release date for the XBOX1 has been made official, but it's clear it's going to be this Holiday 2013.

On top of that, there are many big game studios announcing games for the new XBOX1 console including Ubisoft and their new IPO Watch Dogs, which is slated to be released at the same time as the new console.

Who knows what we'll be lucky to see this E3 as Microsoft has announced 15 launch games, including 8 brand new titles.

We can assume games such as Metal Gear 5 The Phantom Pain, as well as blockbusters like Rockstar's GTA5 will also appear for the consoles, and more than likely will push those games graphics far higher than that of PS3 and BOX 360 versions of the game.

Time will only tell what beautiful games we'll be seeing in the next decade to come.

Mortal Kombat X (pronounced as "ex", not "ten") is an upcoming 2015 fighting game currently in development by NetherRealm Studios. It is the tenth main title in the Mortal Kombat series, with a release scheduled for April 14, 2015. The game is being developed for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and is expected to be ported to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 by another developer.

Like previous entries in the series, Mortal Kombat X is a fighting game in which two players fight against each other using a variety of attacks, special moves, and gruesome Fatalities. The energy meter, first introduced in the previous Mortal Kombat game, once again allows players to perform techniques such as X-Ray moves, with some refinements made to the system. Similar to NetherRealm Studios' previous title, Injustice: Gods Among Us, fighters can now interact with the environment, bouncing off areas to reposition themselves or using parts of the environment as weapons. Each fighter now has three different variations, each featuring a different set of moves they can use during the match. For example, Scorpion features a "Ninjutsu" variation, in which he wields dual swords, a "Hellfire" variation, which relies more on fiery special moves, and an "Inferno" variation which allows him to summon hellspawn minions to aid him in the fight. There are also plans for fully connected online functionality.

Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 - Treyarchs turn baby!
Okay well I watched the trailer for Black Ops 3 a few days ago and have to say am very excited to see a glimpse of what the game will be like because I know that the next video has to be zombies and snippets of what will be in it which is of course what I live for really. Sounds a bit contradictory living for a game full of dead people walking around but ya know what I mean :).
Am definitely hyped about it as always I will be doing the maps for the zombie map packs that come out and finding out all the nitty gritty secrets for you so you don't have to....saves a sore head I guess and your mates will think your awesome knowing everything about the level straight off the bat.
Anyway I will stop blabbering and if you haven't seen the Black Ops 3 trailer yet you must't have switched your PC on, smartphone or tablet in the last few days which I think is just rude lol j/k enjoy guys :) and let me know what you think.

One of the coolest ROBLOX experiences is the rush of pulling up the Games page to see what people are playing. Every day, there’s something new at the top of the charts — whether by sheer popularity, earning serious ROBUX AKA Money from the game, getting lots of thumbs up, or hooking players for repeat play sessions. In my article, we’re stepping back from the day-to-day fluctuations of what’s hot and looking at what games you, the gamers and developers of the ROBLOX community, turned into trends throughout the month of May.
If you follow along with me every month, you see that many of the top games have extremely devoted core fan bases. Once again, Work at a Pizza Place is the chart-topping game, with another strong showing of almost 2.75 million play sessions in March. Dued1, who I introduced live last month on an episode of The Next Level, has his game in a comfortable state of popularity, and the title’s penchant for emergent and unpredictable gameplay have prevented anything else from truly shaking its momentum.
You should play this game there are different genre for this game the website of this game is www.roblox.com and you have to sign up to play
